Driven by a heart for service and a deep sense of grace, Chi’Ira Oliver, affectionately known as Lady O, is a devoted wife to Dr. Craig L. Oliver Sr., and a loving mother of three: Craig Jr., Corrie Kené, and Charlee Reign. Her family is not a responsibility that she takes lightly and is her greatest priority. A native of Louisiana, her educational achievements include a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Grambling State University and a M.S. in Computer Science from Southern University and A & M College. She is currently enrolled in United Theological Seminary, pursuing a Masters of Arts Degree in Christian Ministries.
As the compassionate leader of the Women of Worship (WOW) ministry at Elizabeth Baptist Church, Lady Oliver has lovingly guided it to become one of the church’s largest and most impactful ministries. For over a decade, she has hosted retreats and the annual WOW Conference, where thousands of women gather to receive spiritual encouragement.
Her warm leadership and philanthropic efforts have not gone unnoticed. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., she has been honored with awards like the Torch Award, the Unsung Heroine Award, and was celebrated by the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream as an “Inspiring Woman.”
Beyond her accomplished career as a Software Engineer, Lady Oliver was also a masterful entrepreneur and a Senior Director with Beautycounter, a title held by the top 1% of the company. She continues to advocate for safer beauty products, driven by a heartfelt mission to protect her family and community. Ultimately, she is focused on being a shining light to the Elizabeth family and the body of Christ as a whole.
