Molly Sheets is the Director of Engineering for Kubernetes at Zynga, a wholly owned subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive that owns popular games like Words with Friends, Zynga Poker, Merge Dragons, FarmVille, and many more. Previously she was the Principal Solutions Architect for Games customers at Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Before Amazon she was CEO @ Ker-Chunk Games, a profitable, award-winning mobile developer in Georgia and also lead designer at Thrust Interactive where her teams built games for Turner, Ralph Lauren, and the American Cancer Society. Molly has 15+ years of professional experience in entertainment and brings leadership on more than 30+ released cloud solutions, games, and websites. Her sweet spot is navigating infrastructure growth in organizationally massive companies.
She is passionate about supporting and growing talent in their career leadership skills. Together, her teams influence multi-billion dollar mobile & AAA studios, cross-platform games, and the broader industry.
When she’s not working she’s learning banjo, hiking, and taking care of her little girl. She loves giving back to charitable organizations that invest in the careers and leadership development of women and girls and is a super fan of Every Girl Shines.
