For the past 13 years, Felisha has served in senior leadership with Teach One to Lead One®, a global nonprofit that equips students with the character and leadership skills needed to thrive in life, discover their potential, and positively impact their communities through mentoring. Currently serving as Global People Manager, she leads with authenticity, empathy, and strategy, creating environments where people feel seen, supported, and motivated to excel. Her leadership builds a culture of excellence where people are valued, encouraged, and inspired to grow personally and professionally.
Felisha is a proud member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, expanding her ability to train, coach, and develop leaders using proven, globally recognized leadership principles. She is also a Certified DISC Facilitator, Youth Development Professional™, Toastmasters International™ Competent Communicator and Leader, and an Authorized Facilitator of Darkness to Light. Her dedication to nurturing potential is evident in her work with women and young people, guiding them toward lives that are healthy, purposeful, and fulfilled.
Her influence extends into her community, where she leads the Women’s Ministry at Mosaic Church in Mableton, Georgia. She is one of the founding leaders of I AM Girls™, a mentoring group dedicated to helping girls embrace their identity, pursue their passions, and become positive community influencers.
Outside of her professional and ministry endeavors, Felisha enjoys staying active, listening to podcasts, and traveling the world, always eager to experience new cultures, adventures, and stories. She and her husband, Roderick, are proud parents of Brandon and Amari, and they reside in Powder Springs, Georgia.
