We’re highlighting Beata, who was recently awarded the Community Impact Award by the Project Management Institute (PMI) Puget Sound Chapter.
Each year, PMI Puget Sound recognizes volunteers who go above and beyond in service to the chapter and the community. In 2025, Beata was honored for her incredible work as Director of Youth & Social Impact, where she has been a driving force behind initiatives that truly make a difference.
Beata’s work centers on promoting project management among youth and strengthening community engagement through mentoring programs. Through her leadership, she has helped expand access to professional development opportunities while creating meaningful connections between PMI members and the next generation of leaders. In other words—she’s building bridges, opening doors, and helping young people see what’s possible
This well-deserved recognition is a reflection of Beata’s unwavering commitment to service, collaboration, and creating lasting social impact. We are so proud to have leaders like Beata in our Every Girl Shines community, living out our mission and showing our Stars what leadership in action truly looks like.
Congratulations, Beata! Thank you for sharing your shine and making a difference in Seattle and beyond 💫
