Chanovia Udoudoh is the Owner and Founder of Admire Her, a wardrobe consulting business and online clothing store rooted in confidence, professionalism, and self-expression. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion and Retail Management, which laid a strong foundation not only in fashion but also in business operations, brand management, and strategic planning.
Her professional experience includes serving as Assistant Stylist for the Macy’s Relaunch Fashion Show, Head Stylist for the grand opening of NikeTown at Lenox Mall, Dresser for the David’s Bridal Fashion Show, and numerous other styling and creative opportunities. As a business owner, Chanovia oversees day-to-day operations, including workflow management, vendor coordination, client relations, budgeting, and process development to ensure efficient and scalable service delivery.
In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Chanovia spent three years in the corporate sector, where she gained hands-on experience in operations, training, and cross-functional collaboration. During this time, she designed and launched an Executive Series course titled Dress for Success, now known as Professional Presence, strengthening organizational effectiveness through professional development initiatives.
Expanding her impact further, Chanovia has entered the commercial and film industry as a costume designer and wardrobe stylist, where she manages production timelines, budgets, logistics, and on-set coordination: skills that require precision, adaptability, and strong operational leadership.
Chanovia has also merged her passion for fashion and philanthropy by partnering with nonprofit organizations, supporting individuals transitioning into the workforce, hosting community coat drives, and leading community-focused initiatives that require strategic planning, volunteer coordination, and resource management.
A current Board Member of the Duluth Business Association and a mentor with Every Girl Shines, Chanovia Udoudoh is motivated by purpose-driven work and remains committed to leadership, innovation, and creating meaningful impact within her field and community.
