Kiva is currently a Product Manager on the Merchant Solutions Support team within Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms , where she provides support to Product and Platform partners in executing key risk framework deliverables, all while assisting in maintaining Bank of America’s core values.
Kiva joined Bank of America in February 2008 as a Customer Sales Advocate in Customer Marketing. After working in CMO for a year, Kiva successfully posted out and acquired a position in ECCR. In December of 2009, ECCR closed the Kennesaw site, and the associates were invited back to work in Customer Marketing. During her education, Kiva was asked to step into a three-month Task Force position as the Administrative Assistant for the department. After the task force position ended, she would remain in an off-phone task force position, assisting in whatever capacity needed. In September of 2010, she posted out and into the Business Support Lead I role, followed by her role in Work Force Management, where she was until joining the Collections and Recovery team as an Operations Projects Consultant in May of 2014. Since then, Kiva has held various roles within the company, including her roles as a Business Support Manager for Advanced Client Solutions, Business Analyst and Platform Manager in Enterprise Payments, until becoming a Product Manager in GS&EP.
Kiva is a member of BPG-Atlanta, Multicultural Women Ready to Lead, Atlanta Collaborative Mentoring Program, Bank of America Community Volunteers (BACCV), PCN – Atlanta and the Atlanta Black Executive Leadership Team.
Before joining the bank, Kiva worked in the Real Estate industry, starting out as a Loan Closer, working her way up to Underwriting and finally a Real Estate Agent with Re/Max – North Atlanta.
Kiva, graduated from Clark-Atlanta University where she earned a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Kiva has received various awards for her work to support the community by sharing financial literacy.
Kiva has three very beautiful and talented daughters – Sydni (26), Sierra (23) and Skylar (16). Along with have an 11-year-old “Morkie” named Bruno. Kiva is very active in her community, church and with her family. Her interest include spending time with family, giving back to her community, traveling and working on minor home improvement and DIY projects.
