Andrea Honeywood is an accomplished finance and risk leader with over 13 years of experience in internal audit, SOX, enterprise risk management, and operational excellence, serving global and domestic organizations across multiple industries.
She is the Founder of Honeywood Risk Consulting LLC, where she leverages her expertise to help companies strengthen internal controls, elevate risk management capabilities, and support strategic decision-making.
Andrea is deeply committed to community impact as a mentor with Every Girl Shines and is guided by her personal motto: “Lead with clarity, serve with purpose, and elevate others along the way.” As Interim VP of Finance, she oversees the organization’s financial strategy, leads the budgeting and donor reporting processes, ensures strong fiscal governance, and provides clear, timely insights to the Board. Outside of her professional endeavors, she finds her greatest joy in spending time with her two young daughters and family.
